Our Permanent Product Range

When we started out on our chutney based adventure we only had Scrummy Apple Chutney in our portfolio but we soon built a range of goodness which we sell though our brilliant array of deli's, farm shops and cafes and occasionally at shows and events. Strangely we don't sell chutney via the website, this is simply because the postage cost is too high. However if you are in need of a few jars of Scrummy or a tub of Onion And Chill, get in touch and I'm sure we'll work out a way of getting it over to you.

Handmade with love, our sweet and very appley chutney is the perfect accompaniment for a strong cheddar ploughmans, sausages and even a curry. We have used it to glaze pork for roasting and gammon steaks before grilling. It is versatile and delicious!

Hand made with happy tears, our versatile Gubbins is a cross between a chutney and a relish. Packed with onions and some chilli heat, add it to gravy for a zingy sausage and mash, mix with cream cheese for an awesome dip, liven up scrambled eggs on toast. It is simply a moreish jar of lovely yumpsciousness.

Making this relish is a really messy business but it’s well worth the effort. If you like a beef sandwich try some of this in it, or when you’re cooking a duck breast this relish goes really well on the side. Personally I’m all about it with cold smoked ham.

These are some of our favourite products and it's a shame we can't have them thoughout the year, but that's what makes it special. I genuinely get excited when its time for Rude-Barb & Date Fandango as it's top of the pops. Or in January when our kitchen starts smelling of oranges as Jules is making the Seville Orange Marmalade. Our Jamtastic Range

There is something really special about jam. Slathered on toast or a buttery crumpet or sandwiched in between two layers of delicious cake. In the summer you will find the whole family happily picking fruit at our local PYO. However, the fruit season is short and demand is high and sometimes we need to use specially selected, high quality frozen fruit. We cook our jam using traditional methods, in open pans and small batches to ensure you have the highest quality product possible
